Step 1: Use Filtered or Hydrogenated Water
Pour 250–500ml of clean, cold water into a glass.
(Sparkling is okay. Tap is not ideal.)
Step 2: Add ¼ Teaspoon of LEMALT
Stir in the salt. You don’t need much — it’s that potent.
Step 3 — Repeat Daily
Do it first thing in the morning.
