Our products, specifically our Celtic Sea Salt blends, are derived from natural sources. You acknowledge that:

Mineral content is based on laboratory analysis (e.g., Batch 4198050818) but may vary slightly between batches due to the natural harvesting process.
Our Celtic Sea Salt is Australian Certified Organic (Cert No. 10000).
Nutritional claims (such as 1,000mg Sodium per 5g serve) are calculated based on verified laboratory purity levels of approximately 98.53% NaCl.

3. FSANZ Compliance & Safety

        LEMALT is a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food. It is NOT a sole source of nutrition. It should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and an appropriate physical training or exercise program.
    

In accordance with Australian Food Standards, you acknowledge the following:

4. Liability Limitation (Sickness & Death)

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), LEMALT and its owners shall not be liable for any sickness, injury, or death resulting from the use or misuse of the product. By engaging in the "Daily Mineral Ritual," you agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that individual electrolyte requirements vary. You assume all responsibility for monitoring your health and responding to adverse reactions.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim, including negligence, is limited to the refund of the purchase price or replacement of the product.
Results Disclaimer: Marketing claims regarding headaches and "brain fog" are based on common de-mineralisation symptoms. Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.

5. Subscription & Proper Use

Subscriptions are optional and can be cancelled via your portal at any time. Users are responsible for adhering to the recommended serving size of 5g (one scoop). LEMALT is not liable for outcomes resulting from exceeding the daily mineral baseline.

6. Shipping and Returns

As LEMALT is a consumable food product, we cannot accept returns for opened bags due to health and safety regulations. If your product arrives damaged, please contact support within 7 days.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
